What’s included

Prices are quoted per room and per night.  The price includes maid service and breakfast
There is no charge for children under 5 years of age 
After check in, room key will be delivered to customers for the duration of stay, without time restrictions regarding the return.

No pets

To make the stay pleasant for those puffs of allergies and to maintain maximum hygiene in our bed and breakfasts do not accept pets.

Methods of Payment

 After confirmation of booking must follow the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the amount due within a week.

 Payment can be made as follows:

 a) Post Pay, the accondo can be made on the card holder of the B & B. The charging can be carried out in the mail or directly to Lottomatica.

 b) Bank Transfer

The balance is due upon arrival and delivery of key

 Deposit: € 50.00 payable on arrival for any damages, will be returned on departure after a special review by the Directorate
